About This Retreat
Connect with nature, your family, and yourself at our unique Family Retreat. Forest school days for the children, restorative yoga, treatments and experiences for the grown ups, and lots of wholesome family fun in between. We will stay in beautiful large farmhouse set in extensive grounds of woodland and lakeside which is nestled within the Gower's AONB. Wild ponies and herds of highland cattle roam free, and it's within easy range for visits to many of the local spectacular beaches. Your space is reserved with one non refundable £245 deposit per family. Payment plans are possible for the remaining balance, please get in touch to find out more. Family Retreat Pricing All prices include the full 3-night retreat programme, meals, and access to all spa facilities. • Families of 2 (1 adult, 1 child): £450 • Families of 3 (2 adults and 1 child, or 1 adult and 2 children): £700 • Families of 4 (2 adults and 2 children): £850 Infants sharing a parent’s bed or sleeping in a travel cot are very welcome and attend free of charge. Additional children can be added at £120 per child, with a maximum of four children per family. Camping option: Camping is available at £25 per family per night, with access to flushing toilets, showers, and all spa facilities. Please note there is no electric hook-up for camper vans. Accommodation: We have a small number of newly decorated family rooms available, some with ensuite bathrooms and some sharing a bathroom. Rooms start from £95 per night. Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your family’s place. The remaining balance is due four weeks before the retreat start date. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking. If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to release your place. Cancellations by You If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible in writing. Refunds are offered as follows: More than 8 weeks before the retreat: Deposit is non-refundable; any remaining balance paid will be refunded 4–8 weeks before the retreat: 50% of the total retreat fee refunded Less than 4 weeks before the retreat: Unfortunately, no refunds are available We strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations by ReWild Gower In the unlikely event that the retreat needs to be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, all payments will be refunded in full. We are unable to cover additional costs such as travel, accommodation elsewhere, or insurance. Health, Safety and Wellbeing This is a family-centred retreat, and all activities are optional. You are encouraged to take part at your own pace and rest whenever needed. Please inform us in advance of: Any medical conditions or additional needs Allergies or dietary requirements Anything else that may help us support your family during the retreat Parents and carers remain responsible for their children at all times, other than in the designated forest school hours (Friday, Saturday, 10-3) Travel and Insurance Travel to and from the retreat venue is not included. We recommend arranging travel insurance that covers cancellations, illness, and personal belongings. Photography and Media Photographs and short video clips may be taken during the retreat for use on the ReWild Gower website and social media. If you or your children prefer not to be included, please let us know — this will be fully respected.
